We do not sell or rent your details. Information is shared with third parties only where it is necessary to deliver what you asked for — for example a subsidy portal submission, a Discom application, or a finance partner you have asked us to approach.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet statutory record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
