These terms cover the use of this website and the quotations issued by Aarunya Prakash Energy.

Information on this site

Descriptions, package prices, generation figures and savings estimates on this website are indicative and provided for planning purposes only. They are not an offer and do not form a contract.

Actual pricing depends on the site survey, roof type and height, cable runs, chosen module and inverter brands, structure requirements and prevailing taxes.

Quotations

A binding price is given only in a written quotation issued after a site survey. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to material availability.

Subsidy and government schemes

Subsidy amounts, eligibility rules and disbursal timelines are set by the relevant government authority and can change without notice. We prepare and file applications diligently, but we cannot guarantee approval, the amount sanctioned, or the date of credit.

Subsidy is credited by the government to the beneficiary's bank account after inspection; it is not a discount applied to our invoice.

Warranties

Module and inverter warranties are given by their manufacturers on their own terms and are passed through to you. Our own warranty covers workmanship on the structure, cabling and installation for the period stated in your quotation.

Warranties do not cover damage from storms, lightning, physical impact, unauthorised modification, or work carried out by third parties on the system.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any installation is limited to the value of the contract for that installation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost generation revenue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
